SQUARE RIGHT, INC.

We chose a C-Corp structure because it provides the stability, transparency, and legal framework needed to build a national-scale communication system. A C-Corp offers clear governance, well-defined ownership, and tax advantages that allow the organization to reinvest in growth. Most importantly, it creates a corporate entity that can endure well beyond its founding team—something permanent, accountable, and capable of evolving long after we’re gone. A system meant to serve future generations must be built within a structure designed to last. Every decision we’ve made and every step we are taking has a specific purpose to ensure this system lasts and serves the people, not the monopolies.

OUR GOVERNANCE

Voting Shares Will Never Be Sold Outside the Company

This is the governing principle that keeps Square Right on course. Under our corporate charter and internal governance policy, all voting shares are held exclusively within Square Right. They are not sold, traded, or granted to external investors. No corporation, no individual, and no governmental body will ever direct the mission of Square Right. Our governance structure ensures that control remains inside the organization and aligned with the public interest—not external power.

We also chose not to form a 501(c) organization because nonprofit regulatory structures impose constraints that do not align with the independence required to build this system. Our mission demands the freedom to innovate without external influence, and our structure reflects that necessity.

This is how we protect the mission from corruption. This is how we maintain independence. This is how we ensure the system remains built for the public—and never for power.

OUR LONG-TERM PLAN

A Self-Sustaining, Democratic Information Ecosystem

A system that helps citizens understand the issues, participate meaningfully, consider the strongest arguments on every side, and engage without disruption or manipulation. A system that provides clear, verifiable facts—not the confusion or distortion that has become common elsewhere—and stores information securely with intended permanence so it cannot be altered, buried, or erased. A system that offers transparent polling, holds leaders accountable, and shines a clear light on the use of public funds through our own independent AI model. A system that places citizens—not automated systems and hidden algorithms—back at the heart of American self-governance.

The revenue we raise today has one purpose:
to fund the first stage of building the communication system.

With enough public support, the system will mature into a self-supporting ecosystem powered by two core components.

1. Integrity-Based “Ad Time”

Not ads.
Not tracking.
Not manipulation.

A visibility system where companies earn exposure through:

— proven product quality
— honest consumer scores
— transparent public sentiment
— community trust

We’ve designed an entirely new approach to ads—one that holds companies accountable rather than overwhelming citizens. No endless, manipulative loops. Instead, product recognition and company credibility become useful tools, guiding people to the best products at the best prices when they truly need them, with clarity and trust. New products and emerging companies gain visibility through an innovation-based structure—our solution to today’s flood of unsolicited, uncontrolled spam advertising.

We’re just simply tired of the constant barrage of unsolicited calls, texts, emails, mailers, and injected ads that invade every part of our digital lives.

2. Optional Membership for Additional Features

Advanced tools that benefit individuals and communities. These are built in the last stages of the ecosystem and will hopefully be added to far into the future.
Always optional.
Always separate from the democratic communication layer.
Participation in the public square will always remain open and equal.

TOWARD A PEOPLE-GOVERNED CORPORATION

When the Platform Sustains Itself, the Public Governs It

In the later stages of development, once the ecosystem is stable, major corporate decisions must be approved by the majority of citizens on the platform.

No CEO override.
No investor pressure.
No governmental directive.

We are building with real-time polling at the core—no more uncertainty, no more guesswork. Just clear, transparent tallies the public can trust. And in the long term, we have a blueprint for a new kind of official voting system: transparent, anonymously verifiable, fully secure, and built on an architecture unlike anything in today’s election infrastructure—a long overdue modernization. Our goal is to strengthen public confidence by providing a clearer, more transparent process for future elections.

This is corporate democracy written into the foundation—a system designed to reflect the will of the people it serves. Our intention is to create a self-sustaining, trustworthy democratic ecosystem for all of us to operate in. Over time, we want to build a place where you can store your important information and memories with complete trust, and where every future app and feature is shaped by our collective needs—not by monopolies. Our goal is to ultimately hand control to the public, step back, and ensure that our children inherit a true Free Market ecosystem, not the monopoly-driven Consumerism we live under today.

OUR COMMITMENT TO ECONOMIC FAIRNESS

Integrity Must Exist at Every Level

We reject the inflated, self-serving executive salaries that dominate modern corporations. In our view, excessive pay represents a failure of integrity within modern corporate systems. We believe no organization should allow executive pay to drift so far from worker wages that leadership becomes disconnected from the economic lives of the people they serve.

Square Right is governed by principles of:

— fair & reasonable pay
— responsible compensation
— responsible spending
— transparent governance
— real public oversight

We serve the public.

For full transparency, Square Right intends to publish annual financial reports after tax filings. Since we will begin generating revenue in the 2026 tax year, our first public financial report should be released after that filing. We believe every organization that serves the public—whether a company or a government agency—should do the same. Transparency creates trust.

OUR FOUNDER

Matthew Hunt — Systems Architect & Designer of Integrated Information Networks

I’ve spent my life building the kinds of systems most people never see but everyone relies on.
From my earliest work with computers, I understood information not as scattered pieces of data, but as a structured, interconnected ecosystem.

By my early twenties, I had engineered a complete operational platform that automated nearly every major function of a real-world business—accounting, prospects, underwriting, claims processing, communication workflows, and the server infrastructure that held everything together.
I didn’t build isolated features.
I built the entire system because that was the only way to make the information flow correctly.

Throughout my career, I’ve worked in environments where information must be precise, reliable, scalable, and secure. I’ve designed and maintained:

— automation systems
— enterprise-level data structures
— communication and workflow pipelines
— server and network infrastructures
— mission-critical operational processes

These systems weren’t theoretical.
Organizations depended on them every day.
They had to operate under pressure, grow with demand, and remain stable regardless the number of users.

Decades of working with complex information systems taught me something unmistakable:

Our communication systems today are failing because they were never designed for clarity, accountability, or public trust.

I founded Square Right because the architecture beneath our modern platforms is broken—and architecture is exactly what I know how to rebuild.

We don’t need another app.
We don’t need another feed.

We need a communication system built with intention, structure, and integrity—one that serves the public, remains independent, and can withstand the pressures that corrupted the systems we rely on now.

Square Right is the culmination of everything I’ve learned about information, structure, and trust. With the public’s support, we will build it the right way.

WHY WE EXIST

A democracy cannot function inside broken communication systems.

We want to build the communication architecture that should have existed from the beginning—one built for truth, clarity, accountability, and meaningful public participation.

Square Right is built on experience.
It is protected by governance.
It is fueled by the public.
And in time, it will be governed by the public.

Our goal is simple:

To create a self-sustaining digital democracy for our children, and everyone’s children.
A system built for the people,
owned by the people,
and protected from corruption.

This will not change overnight.
But it will change—with careful, deliberate steps, taken together.

YOUR SUPPORT MAKES THIS POSSIBLE

The government won’t build it. Monopolies won’t build it. We must build it ourselves.

Square Right is independent by design.
No investors.
No donors with influence.
No government oversight controlling our direction.

That means we rely entirely on public support to build the foundation of this system.

To begin the first phase of development, we’ve created a simple line of stickers. They’re a straightforward way for people to signal that this system should exist—and to help us understand how many citizens are ready for it. Revenue from these stickers will move the communication system from concept to construction. And the more support we receive, the more we can build—and the faster we can build it.

If you believe in this mission—if you want to help us build a system that serves the public — you can support Square Right today.
