Engineering roadmap · November 2026
Building the ecosystem.
Engineering the autonomy.
We’re building the AI development workflow alongside the technology it will help create.
Our first engineering milestone is demonstrated: an AI-operated WordPress workflow that can implement changes, verify results, reverse edits, and recover an environment from backup. The company website is the first practical application of that workflow.
Demonstrated · November 2026
AI-operated development and deployment
Established a working route for AI to make programmatic changes to WordPress content and theme files in an isolated Development environment. The workflow uses scoped access, explicit operating boundaries, and checks against the expected site and file state before applying a change.
Demonstrated capabilities: content creation and editing, theme and stylesheet changes, scripted deployment, and independent server readback.
Validated · November 2026
Verification, rollback, and disaster recovery
Verified file integrity, reversed content and styling changes to their original state, and completed a full backup restoration with cleanup. Recovery was exercised in Development, so it is an observed engineering result rather than an untested recovery plan.
Demonstrated capabilities: exact file checks, reversible updates, backup recovery, and verification of the restored state.
Current engineering
Applying AI automation to the website rebuild
AI is implementing and validating the new company website through this workflow, including the article archive, product presentation, policies, and native shopping flows. Repeatable checks cover navigation, article dates, file integrity, and desktop, tablet, and phone-sized layouts.
Working records and recovery instructions preserve the state between development sessions. Current work brings the reviewed design together with the operational requirements of the existing website. The rebuilt storefront uses native WooCommerce cart and checkout handling within the new design.
Next engineering stage
Operational integration and release reliability
Integrate the reviewed design with the existing store and supporting services, preserve publication URLs and dates, and verify the rendered shopping experience. Continue strengthening repeatable verification, release procedures, and recovery as operating experience grows.
Planned foundation
Coordinated AI tools and application infrastructure
Develop the orchestration, database foundations, and service architecture needed for focused applications. Expand the workflow through bounded tasks, observable results, and recoverable changes as reliability is demonstrated.
Long-term direction
Increasingly autonomous operations. More capable users.
Work toward autonomous development, maintenance, and information processing across a connected ecosystem. The purpose is to help people understand more and accomplish useful work with AI, while giving users a meaningful role in shaping future priorities.
Building a better ecosystem; one function, one app and one user at a time.
